Besides the New York version, many countries boast their own cheesecakes. In our course, we'll explore an Italian and a Spanish dessert. We'll also discuss different baking methods and cheeses like ricotta, mascarpone, or Philadelphia cream cheese. Which would you like to taste now? Classic, chocolate, fruity, or peanut butter?
